Shimane Prefecture actually has a large catch of flying fish, which is used in a variety of dishes.
Not only is the meat delicious, but it also makes a very tasty broth.
This is commonly known as "chin dashi.
Our restaurant offers the perfect accompaniment for drinking while incorporating both body and broth!
The "goatfish tempura" is made with fish from Kotoura, and is served in the style of Satsuma-age (fried fish cake).
The flavor of green laver enhances the deliciousness of the [fried sardines], which is an excellent menu item♪.
The "AGO-DASHI MAKI" is a dish that is irresistible with its broth that overflows in every mouthful,
You will experience a different taste from the dashimaki tamago you are accustomed to eating.

Our signature soba noodles are served as the main dish.
Our soba noodles are made with freshly ground buckwheat flour from soba noodles purchased from all over Japan!
You can enjoy delicious Soba noodles with a different taste at a very reasonable price during lunch time!
We have "Jyuwari Seiro Soba" (buckwheat noodle) and "Tempura Soba" which is crispy and tasty,
You can choose the one you like... ♪
In addition to soba noodles, set menus and tendon are also available.
